great/normal experience from beginning to end. only hiccup in between was something with my car but nobody was at fault, the issue was resolved and everything was great. will be going back if whenever i need anything done again.

They were very helpful and understanding of the shoddy work done by a different business. They went through my paperwork and verified what was done incorrectly. Then contacted that prior company to help facilitate the fix of the repairs. It's been a long time since I've come across a mechanic shop that made me trust their work and their word. I would definitely go back. Just wish the lobby area was warmer.

Service was great. This is my new spot. Facilities are clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Repairs done quick and efficiently. I like the communication - text confirmations for appt, option to pay digitally through supplied invoice prior to arrival back to shop. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time coming to CNM. I'd have to say. I'm overly impressed with tee he service I received! The communication was excellent from the very start. They send you pictures of what is diagnosed and allow you to confirm if you would like the work done or not and also make other important recommendations for vehicle maintenance issues that they find. I definitely will be back!
